David Nayar is an experienced lawyer with over 30 years standing in the profession. He is the Sole Proprietor of the firm David Nayar and Associates.

Mr Nayar’s experience over the past 30 years is extensive in both civil, other trials of different natures and in the appellate processes. He is very versed in family, seperation from marriage, custody and probate matters. Mr Nayar’s legal expertise further extends to shipping, logistics, commercial transactions, joint ventures, landlord and tenant disputes and arbitration and corporate mergers and acquisitions.
